Service Support & Employee Benefit Administration
In addition to servicing your insurance account, Cool Insuring provides management of your
employee benefits plan. Cool Insuring will act as a liaison on the behalf of your business and its employees. Cool will handle claims issues, enrollments, terminations and changes to membership. Cool will also act as your liaison with any billing issues. Cool will research any discrepancies and make any necessary adjustments.
Your Account Manager and Account Representatives Team will also:
Conduct onsite benefit workshops; plan seminars for the employees
Direct carriers to provide materials needed at open enrollment and throughout the year
Attend open enrollment meetings
Orchestrate transfer of participant records
Review operational and service issues
Provide administration and problem resolution support
Assist your business and employees with benefit determination
Assist your business and employees with coordination of benefits
Assist with employee benefit issues including claims and eligibility
Act as a resource to locate information for various benefit issues
Provide claims mediation for disputes or denials. Attend claim review hearings for disputed claims on behalf of your employees
Respond to daily service needs
Process additions, terminations, and changes to membership
Resolve billing issues
Communicate with your employees regarding small business health insurance benefit questions and claim issues
Support both your business and employees with maintenance issues and questions.
