An essential ingredient of quality client servicing is a knowledgeable, well-trained support staff. Within our three offices, we have approximately 100 qualified employees to address all aspects of our accounts. We have on staff a full-time CPA who handles not only our corporate functions, but will interpret clients' payrolls for the determination of business interruption insurance limits. Our Director of Risk Management will become involved in claims situations, disputes and the review of hold-harmless agreements.

The Albany/Latham office is the hub of our underwriting and marketing expertise. It is here that the “team” concept is utilized for our larger accounts. Not only does the insurance team involve loss control, risk management, small business insurance, appraisal and claims services, but also the account executive, marketing manager and an account representative designated exclusively for the routine functions of that individual account.

Utilizing the team concept along with periodic client visitation, the needs of larger risks are constantly monitored and addressed.
